WHAT WE DO

IN ALL AREAS

Dusting: Using our Swiffer (we use it with up to a 6 ft telescopic pool), we diligently eliminate cobwebs from all corners.
Closets and Build-in Shelves: We wipe all built-in shelves and closet shelves.
Switches: All switches will be wiped.
Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans: All accessible light fixtures, and ceiling fans dusted up to 15 ft and hand-wiped up to 8 ft height reach if needed. Please note, that chandelier cleaning comes with an additional charge.
Air Vents: All air vents up to 8 ft in height reach are hand-wiped.
Doors and Door Frames: The interior door, door frame, and doorknob are dusted and hand-wiped if needed.
Baseboards: We ensure that all baseboards are dusted and hand-wiped if needed.
Window Sills & Blinds: All windowsills, blinds, and shutters are dusted and hand-wiped for thorough cleaning if needed. Please note that we do not clean fragile plastic or metal blinds for their safety.
Floors & Stairs: Stair handrails are wiped, banisters dusted, carpets and rugs vacuumed, and bare floors vacuumed and mopped, maintaining a clean.
Garbage Management: All garbage is emptied and forgotten items are removed and disposed of in the trash (please note, we do not do extended trash cleaning)
Laundry Room: In the laundry room, the tops and fronts of your washer and dryer are wiped down.
Sliding Glass Door, Patio Door, and Interior French Door Cleaning: We clean all these types, both inside and out if safely reachable.

IN THE KITCHEN

Cabinets: Utilizing a 3 ft step stool for an approximately 8 ft total reach, we wipe down the fronts of all kitchen cabinets, drawers, and handles. This attentive detail lends a fresh, rejuvenated appearance to your kitchen.
Cabinet Tops: Up to 8 ft height reach, we also wipe the tops of your kitchen cabinets.
Inside of Cabinets: We will wipe down the inside of cabinets and drawers.
Backsplash: We attend to your entire backsplash, wiping it to remove any grease or grime build-up.
Countertops: We scrub and clean all the countertop space.
Appliances: We professionally clean and polish all built-in kitchen appliances up to 8 ft height reach, including your hood, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. For stainless steel appliances, this includes polishing.
Inside of Appliances: We extend our cleaning services to the interior of your refrigerator, freezer, and oven.
Microwave: We give both the interior and exterior of your microwave a clean.
Stove: Our service includes a thorough cleaning of your stovetop. For any stubborn build-ups, we spend extra time and apply advanced techniques and specialized products to achieve the best results.
Sink & Faucet: Your kitchen sinks and faucets are scrubbed. We use advanced techniques and specialized products for any build-ups.
Floors: We vacuum all carpets and rugs, and also vacuum and mop all bare floors to maintain the overall cleanliness of your kitchen.
Additional Features: To provide a comprehensive service, we also wipe pantry shelves, and wipe the kitchen hanging lights up to 8 ft height reach.

IN THE BATHROOMS

Inside of Cabinets: Wipe down the inside of cabinets and drawers
Mirrors: Every bathroom mirror is thoroughly cleaned and buffed up to 8 ft height reach.
Countertops: All bathroom countertops are thoroughly cleaned.
Sink and Faucet: Bathroom sinks and faucets are thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed. Special attention is given to any build-ups or hard water stains and we will take extra time and use advanced techniques and specialized products to get the best possible results
Bathtub/Shower: The shower and bathtub are cleaned, scrubbed, and sanitized, creating a clean and safe bathing space. In the case of build-ups or hard water stains, we invest extra time and utilize advanced techniques and specialized products to deliver the best results.
Toilet: We clean the toilet both inside and outside. If there are build-ups or hard water stains we will use advanced techniques and specialized products to get the best possible results
Floors: Carpets and rugs are vacuumed, and bare floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Additional Features: We hand wipe up to 8 ft height reach and we will also hand wipe the bathroom baseboards, window seals, doors, and door frames. We dust or wipe towel racks, and shelves.

ADD-ON

High Reach Cleaning Services - above 8ft
Walls: We provide both wet wipe cleaning and/or dusting by Swiffer for your walls.
Window Tracks: We perform a cleaning of your window tracks.
Provide interior and/or exterior window cleaning up to 3rd level.

Safe Reach & Extended Dusting: We tailor our cleaning efforts to ensure the safety of our team and the integrity of your home. Our cleaning scope predominantly includes areas comfortably and safely reachable from the floor level, with the aid of a 6ft extended Swiffer for dusting and removing cobwebs and utilizing a stepstool that will give us approximately 8ft reach for hand wipe. This approach ensures a safe working environment. However, we understand that some homes may require cleaning in higher places. If needed, this can be arranged upon request, where we will bring the proper equipment like bigger step stools or ladders. Rest assured, these tasks will be performed by properly trained and insured cleaning technicians who specialize in high cleaning work.
Furniture, Personal Items: Our focus remains on the house surfaces for Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning Services we expect the house will be empty without of furniture, decorations, pictures, or other personal items.
Preparation for Cleaning: We are committed to providing a thorough and effective cleaning service. To help us in this endeavor, we kindly ask our clients to remove any extended trash, all personal items, food, and all other items from the inside of kitchens and bathroom cabinets. Empty the Fridge and freezer. Please do not schedule other inside-of-house services like Carpet Cleaning, Painters, Plumbers, etc for the same day as our service!
Appliances and Specific Features: Some areas require specific care and handling that go beyond the scope of our cleaning. These include cleaning hood air filters and moving large kitchen appliances such as refrigerators or stoves. Our aim is to provide comprehensive cleaning without risking damage to these sensitive and often high-value items.
Trash Management: As part of our cleaning service, we manage regular waste disposal. However, we request that all personal hygiene products and any other sensitive trash items are appropriately disposed of in trash bins by the client beforehand. This is to maintain hygiene standards and respect personal boundaries.
