Cabinet Tops: We also wipe the tops of your kitchen cabinets within 3-step ladder reach

Inside of Cabinets: We will wipe down the inside of cabinets and drawers within 3-step ladder reach.

Backsplash: We attend to your entire backsplash, wiping it to remove any grease or grime build-up.

Countertops: We scrub and clean all the countertop space.

Appliances: We professionally clean and polish all built-in kitchen appliances within 3-step ladder reach, including your hood, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator. For stainless steel appliances, this includes polishing.

Inside of Appliances: We extend our cleaning services to the interior of your refrigerator, freezer, and oven.

Microwave: We give both the interior and exterior of your microwave a clean.

Stove: Our service includes a thorough cleaning of your stovetop.

Floors: We vacuum all carpets and rugs, and also vacuum and mop all bare floors.

Bathroom Deep Cleaning:

Cabinets: We wipe down the fronts of all bathroom cabinets, drawers, and handles within 3-step ladder reach.

Inside of Cabinets: Wipe down the inside of cabinets and drawers

Mirrors: Every bathroom mirror is thoroughly cleaned and buffed within a 3-step ladder reach.

Countertops: All bathroom countertops are cleaned.

Sink and Faucet: Bathroom sinks and faucets are thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed.

Bathtub/Shower: The shower and bathtub are cleaned, scrubbed, and sanitized, creating a clean and safe bathing space.

Toilet: We clean the toilet both inside and outside.

Floors: Carpets and rugs are vacuumed, and bare floors are vacuumed and mopped.

Additional Features: We hand wipe within a 3-step ladder reach all the bathroom light fixtures and we will also hand wipe the bathroom baseboards, window seals, doors, and door frames. We dust and/or wipe towel racks, and shelves.
Living Areas Deep Cleaning:

Dusting: Using our Swiffer (we use it with up to a 6 ft telescopic pool), we diligently eliminate cobwebs from all corners.

Closets and Build-in Shelves: We wipe all built-in shelves and closet shelves.

Switches: All switches will be wiped.

Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans: All accessible light fixtures, and ceiling fans dusted up to 15 ft and hand-wiped within 3-step ladder reach. Please note, that chandelier cleaning comes with an additional charge.

Air Vents: All air vents within the 3-step ladder reach hand-wiped.

Doors and Door Frames: The interior door, door frame, and doorknob are dusted and hand-wiped if needed.

Baseboards: We ensure that all baseboards are dusted and hand-wiped if needed.

Window Sills & Blinds: All windowsills, blinds, and shutters are dusted and vacuumed for thorough cleaning if needed. Please note that we do not clean fragile plastic or metal blinds for their safety.

Floors & Stairs: Stair handrails are wiped, banisters dusted, carpets and rugs vacuumed, and bare floors vacuumed and mopped.

Garbage Management: All garbage is emptied and forgotten items are removed and disposed of in the trash (please note, we do not do extended trash cleaning).

Laundry Room: In the laundry room, the tops and fronts of your washer and dryer are wiped down.

Sliding Glass Door, Patio Door, and Interior French Door Cleaning: We clean all these types, both inside and out if safely reachable.

Our commitment to safety and respect for your personal space shapes our service approach. Here are a few important aspects for your understanding:
Safe Cleaning Practices: Safe Reach & Extended Dusting: When performing Deep Cleaning or Move In or Move Out cleaning we do not climb higher than a 3-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with/a 6ft extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
House Contents: Our focus remains on the house surfaces for Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning Services. We expect the house will be empty without furniture, decorations, pictures, or other personal items. We also kindly ask our clients to remove any extended trash, all personal items, food, and all other items from the inside of kitchens and bathroom cabinets. Empty the Fridge and Freezer if cleaning of the inside of these spaces will be included.
Do not schedule other inside-of-house services like Carpet Cleaning, Painters, Plumbers, Photography, etc for the same day as our service! When scheduling a Deep Cleaning, One-Time Service, or Move-In/Move-Out Service, please be aware that for most jobs, we may need to be at the property for the entire day. In some cases, for very large jobs, it may take multiple days to complete. If multiple days are needed, we will notify the client as soon as possible.
Appliances and Specific Features: Some areas require specific care and handling that go beyond the scope of our cleaning. These include cleaning hood air filters and moving large kitchen appliances such as refrigerators or stoves. Our aim is to provide comprehensive cleaning without risking damage to these sensitive and often high-value items. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
Respecting Personal Items: Your home is your personal space filled with personal belongings. As such, we do not clean or organize specific personal items including dishes, food, groceries, laundry, craft sets, makeup sets and other cosmetics, jewelry, wallets, purses, paperwork, and other documents. Our focus remains on the surfaces and common areas around these items. All surfaces that need to be addressed should be accessible and reachable without these items.
Trash Management: As part of our cleaning service, we manage regular waste disposal. However, we request that all personal hygiene products and any other sensitive trash items are appropriately disposed of in trash bins by the client beforehand. This is to maintain hygiene standards and respect personal boundaries. We do not handle any extended amount of trash that is not properly disposed of in the trash cans.
