Before we begin, please review and accept the following key terms related to your scheduled service. This confirmation acts as your agreement and will be stored securely in our system.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll gladly return to re-clean any missed areas. Please note: Refunds are not issued, but we are committed to making it right.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 72+ hours’ notice: No fee
- Less than 72 hours: $50 fee
- Less than 24 hours: 50% of the service cost

Payment Terms
- A valid debit or credit card is required to confirm your booking
- We may pre-authorize your card up to 5 days prior to service
- Payment is due at the time of service; any outstanding balance will be charged within five days
- If a balance remains unpaid for more than 7 days, late payment fees may apply in accordance with our Terms and Conditions 19
Discounts & Promotions
- Initial Cleaning Discount
This discount requires a commitment to six (6) recurring maintenance cleanings following the Initial Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleaning. If the commitment is not fulfilled or the service is canceled early, the discounted amount will be billed. - Recurring Maintenance Without a Deep Clean
Available only after an in-person estimate and offered to clients whose homes are in better-than-average condition. To qualify, the Client must commit to six (6) recurring cleanings within seven (7) months. Early cancellations will result in a fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance for the committed services.

Add-On Services
We offer a variety of add-on services (e.g., fridge, oven, patio doors).
Most add-ons can be easily added to your next visit through our self-service Customer Portal: www.erikas-housecleaning.maidcentral.com
If you prefer, or if you don’t see the service you’re looking for, you’re welcome to contact us by email, text, or phone.
The sooner you request add-ons, the more likely we can accommodate them during your next scheduled visit. Availability may vary.
Pets
We love pets and are happy to work in pet-friendly homes!
Please ensure your pets are comfortable with our team. If they are anxious or may interfere with cleaning, we recommend securing them in a separate space during the visit.
Access to Your Home
- Please ensure we can access your home at the scheduled time, and that all service areas are reachable
- If you won’t be home, we recommend providing a lockbox or door/garage code
- You are not required to be home during your service.
Insurance & Liability
We are fully bonded ($50,000) and carry liability insurance up to $2 million.

Preparing Your Home
To help our team clean efficiently, please:
- Pick up clothing, toys, dishes, and general clutter from surfaces and floors
- Clear countertops of small personal items if possible

Estimates & Price Clarification
Estimates are valid for 5 days and are based on the information you provide.
Estimates given online or over the phone assume the home is in average condition—meaning it was regularly maintained and free of significant “old dirt buildup.”
If your home’s condition differs from average or if you’re unsure, we’re happy to adjust the estimate based on a follow-up conversation or offer a free in-person walk-through for the most accurate pricing.

Online Bookings and Scheduling
All dates scheduled through online booking must be reviewed and confirmed by Erika’s House Cleaning LLC. A representative will contact you shortly after submitting your booking to confirm your appointment or offer alternative dates if needed.
For clients booking a Top-to-Bottom Deep Cleaning followed by recurring maintenance service, we typically schedule the deep cleaning first, and the recurring service schedule is finalized after the initial cleaning is completed.
All services are subject to current availability. Service dates may shift due to weather, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and on schedule.
