The Client agrees to comply with all these Terms and Conditions by scheduling or continuing with Erika's House Cleaning LLC services. Read Entirely. Please review the following detailed terms that apply to our services:

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

    If you feel the quality of the work performed could be better, please contact us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to address the issue. Please note that we do not issue any refunds.
     

  2. Optimal Cleaning Setting

    The ideal cleaning environment is when no one is home. If this is not possible, please minimize distractions so our team can work uninterrupted. Scheduling your cleaning on a day with fewer people at home is recommended.
     

  3. Preparing for Cleaning

    Please clear away clothing, toys, dishes, and other household items from surfaces and floors. This allows us to focus on detailed and high-quality cleaning. Secure your pets if needed, and move any expensive, fragile, or precious items to a safe location.
     

  4. Pet and Child Safety

    We work safely but recommend that children are not in the cleaning area. While we are pet-friendly, we ask that pets are secured to ensure safety. Please inform us of any special requirements for your pets. Note that we do not clean pet accidents.
     

  5. Home Access Requirements

    Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled time. A fee may apply if we are unable to access the property or are turned away.
     

  6. Payment Terms

    A valid credit card on file is required to confirm all bookings. Erika's House Cleaning LLC may pre-authorize the service amount up to five days prior or charge a booking deposit as specified in the offer or General Terms and Conditions. Payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding balances will be charged to the card on file within five days of service completion.
     

  7. Discount and Service Commitments

    Accepting an Initial Cleaning Discount (Other Recurring) commits the client to six regular maintenance services over the next seven months. If these services are not completed, the discount amount (difference between Single and Other Recurring rates) will be billed.
    Choosing Regular Maintenance without an Initial Deep Cleaning (if applicable) commits the client to seven maintenance services over the next eight months. Early cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the remaining services.

    Single or On-Demand Services: Non-committal and can be scheduled individually.
     

  8. Visit Cancellation Policy

    Clients must notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling requests at least 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee. If canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be applied.
     

  9. Booking Deposit Policy

    A booking deposit of up to 100% of the service charge may be required for One-Time or Initial Services (1st visit). Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within five business days or rescheduled within 72 hours of the appointment. Clients will be informed of any required deposit before it is processed.
     

  10. On-Request Areas and Add-Ons

    Supplementary services must be added to a regular cleaning appointment and cannot be booked independently.
     

  11. Estimate Validity
    For services scheduled based on online or over-the-phone estimates, the details provided by the client—such as condition, size, and required tasks—are used to prepare the estimate. However, Erika's House Cleaning LLC may not be able to fully assess the situation until the day of service. If, upon arrival, the actual condition, size, type of service, or other factors differ from the provided information, we may: Adjust the scope of work to align with the original charge; or Adjust the charge to reflect the additional work required.
     

    Estimates are valid for 15 days. Clients must confirm acceptance within this timeframe to secure the quoted rates and availability.
     

  12. Schedule Availability

    All service dates are subject to current availability and may not be guaranteed. While we strive to adhere to the agreed schedule, service dates may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
     

  13. Employee Referral Policy

    We understand that our clients may wish to hire our employees directly for their personal cleaning needs. To facilitate this, we offer a referral program: Direct Hire of Employees - If you decide to hire an Erika's House Cleaning LLC employee directly, a referral fee of $2,500 applies. This fee compensates the company for its investment in the employee's screening, training, and development. Termination of Services: Upon direct hire of an employee, Erika's House Cleaning LLC will discontinue its services to avoid conflicts of interest. Any unused gift cards or credits will be forfeited.
     

  14. Acknowledgment of Terms

    By scheduling services with Erika's House Cleaning LLC, you acknowledge and accept our company's Terms and Conditions. Please review them at https://www.erikas-housecleaning.com/terms-conditions

 Erika's House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual or entity at any time for any reason. This includes but is not limited to, instances of non-payment or violation of our terms and conditions.

Erika's House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to the Client in writing via email or text message.
