Service Updates Highlights, 07/15/2024

We are excited to share some updates and improvements to our services at Erika's House Cleaning!

These changes are designed to enhance your experience and provide even better service.

Below, you’ll find a summary of the main updates.

Service Updates Highlights

New Customer Portal: Available by 7/15/24 at the same internet address as the previous one. It will have all the features you are already using with a few new options. Please explore it at www.erikas-housecleaning.com/client-portal.

Reminders Schedule: We will now send reminders by email 7 days prior to your visits and 3 days before the visit. This ensures you receive sufficient notice before our cancellation policy takes effect. You will also receive a text message reminder the day before the service and when our cleaning tech is on their way. Text messages will be sent from (719) 375-2223.

Cancellation Policy: Our updated cancellation policy is as follows: All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $50. If a client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be applied.

Payment Method: Starting August 1st, the only accepted payment method will be card payment. 

Manual Payment: Clients must settle invoices within 24 hours of receiving them. 

Card on File: Clients have the option to securely store their card details with us. The card will be automatically charged within 5 days following the service.
 

You will always receive a receipt by email or text for any charges made to your card. You can view your invoice status, service, and payment history, make card payments, or add a card on file on the “Client Portal” at www.erikas-housecleaning.com/client-portal.

 

Your account must be current with no outstanding balance for any future service - effective 07/15/2024.

  • Online: View and update information through our client portal at www.erikas-housecleaning.com/client-portal.
