Erika launched Erika's House Cleaning in 2018, leveraging her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and prior management experience to build a reputable brand known for quality house cleaning services. In 2024, Erika welcomed her first-born son and has since stepped back from many of her work duties to focus on being a new mom. Nevertheless, she continues to oversee the high standards she established, ensuring excellence in our services.

Martin Risica

CEO, Co-Owner

Martin co-owns the business with his wife, Erika, and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He is dedicated to delivering the quality and service that he and Erika have established by leading an educated team of professional cleaners who uphold the esteemed reputation of Erika's House Cleaning. Martin also focuses on creating a positive work environment for all team members. Drawing from his experience in building the business from the ground up and a decade of corporate experience, he implements effective systems and structures to ensure high quality and continuous growth for Erika's House Cleaning as a family business.
