Flex Program Terms and Conditions​​

By enrolling in the Flex House Program ("Flex Program") and accepting the associated discount, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which are supplemental to the General Terms and Conditions of Erika's House Cleaning LLC. These Terms govern your participation in the Flex Program and remain in effect for its duration.  Read Entirely.

​1. Program Overview

The Flex Program offers discounted cleaning services in exchange for client flexibility. Flexibility includes, but is not limited to, schedule changes, technician assignments, and responsiveness to feedback. The program is designed to provide value while accommodating variable scheduling needs. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in revocation of your Flex Program status, reinstatement of standard pricing, or retroactive invoicing for discounts previously applied.

 

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling

  • Ideal Appointment Times: While we will work with you to determine an ideal cleaning day and time, please expect changes, including short-notice rescheduling.

  • Last-Minute Changes: If we reschedule your appointment with less than 96 hours notice and you cannot accommodate the change, no cancellation fees will apply. However, if the notice period exceeds 96 hours, standard cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply.

  • Skipping Cleanings: In situations where rescheduled times are incompatible with your availability, we may skip your cleaning for that cycle.

 

3. Participation Duration

Enrollment in the Flex Program is valid for six (6) months. At the end of this period, Erika’s House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to extend or suspend your participation based on program availability and adherence to terms.

 
4. Eligibility and Service Frequency

  • ​Enrollment in the Flex Program is based solely on the discretion of Erika's House Cleaning LLC. The program is available only to a select number of clients and for specific time slots. Erika's House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke this offer to any individual at any time.

  • The Flex Program is available only for weekly or bi-weekly cleaning schedules. Clients seeking monthly or occasional cleanings are not eligible.

5. Opt-Out and Re-Enrollment

  • You may opt out of the program at any time without penalty. However, re-enrollment may not be available in the future.

  • Opting out must be communicated via text, email, or phone to Erika’s House Cleaning LLC.


6. Feedback and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Feedback Requirement: By joining the Flex Program, you agree to provide feedback if dissatisfied and allow Erika’s House Cleaning LLC the opportunity to resolve any issues through its Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • No Negative Reviews: Participation in the program prohibits leaving public negative reviews. Clients are encouraged to resolve concerns directly with Erika’s House Cleaning LLC. Breaching this term may result in removal from the program and retroactive invoicing for discounted services received.

 

7. Confidentiality

  • Flex Program pricing is confidential. Sharing details with individuals outside the program is prohibited.

  • Program participation is by invitation only. Referrals for potential candidates are welcome, subject to program availability.

 
8. Cancellation Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: Provide at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If adequate notice is not given, standard cancellation fees will apply.

  • Excessive Cancellations: Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in removal from the program.

 

9. Technician Assignments

Technician assignments are based on availability. Specific requests for technicians cannot be guaranteed. This ensures scheduling flexibility and efficient resource allocation.

 

10. Payment Terms

Discounted pricing is conditional upon compliance with these Terms. Non-compliance may result in the following:

  • Revocation of Discounts: If removed from the program, previously discounted services may be retroactively billed at standard rates.

  • Payment Deadlines: Payments must adhere to the agreed-upon payment terms outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.

 

11. Limitations of Liability

Erika’s House Cleaning LLC is not responsible for disruptions caused by your unavailability or other factors outside its control. Participation in the Flex Program does not alter the liability limits or conditions outlined in the General Terms and Conditions.

 

12. Changes to Terms

Erika’s House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients via email or other written notice and will take effect immediately unless otherwise specified.

 Erika's House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual or entity at any time for any reason. This includes but is not limited to, instances of non-payment or violation of our terms and conditions.

Erika's House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to the Client in writing via email or text message.
